The last few (and big) rooms we need painted are scheduled to be done next week. The majority of the space will be Behr’s Almond Wisp and the much debated upstairs hall will be repainted in Restoration Hardware Slate instead of Behr Pencil Point (which it is now). I liked the Pencil Point, but I think the Slate is a better fit for the space long term.
Our painter tried to color match the Restoration Hardware color at Dunn Edwards, but of course it fell flat. We convinced him to just let us buy the specific paint we need because at this point, I don’t want to mess around.
On the Left is the Dunn Edwards color and on the Right is the Resto Slate:
